- #physicalhealth It may be the effect of the painkillers. I was up and running the whole day.

- #work I am satisfied that I could be productive throughout the day. I started with 10 tasks in hand. I finished the day with 7 completed. The biggest chunk of work was the microsite review invites. That is now done.
