Remove TMUX and LOGS files

Delete .omx/metrics.json, .omx/state/hud-state.json,
 .omx/state/notify-hook-state.json and
 .omx/state/team-leader-nudge.json. Remove .omx/tmux-hook-state.json.

 Update package-lock.json and package.json
